BLS-D (Basic Life Support with defibrillator) is a standard course, concerning procedures of vital signs support with the use of a defibrillator.

Knowing up-to-date standard intervention procedures In case of cardiac arrest is extremely important for anyone who works in the sector of rescue and first aid, but it is also generally a civic duty.
It is probable to deal with a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in everyday life ( such as at school, at work, at home… ), rather than in another rescue context.
BLS-D course will enhance vital signs support basics and then deepen the aspects regarding the use of defibrillator.
The program includes a theoretical lesson about the procedures currently recognized by ILCOR, ERC and IRC (European and Italian Resuscitation Council), which regulate emergency teams’ interventions.
Thanks to mannequins, there will be a practical simulation of different techniques and use of defibrillator.
Each participant will receive a certificate, valid for 2 years. It is necessary to repeat the course to update the procedures and obtain the renewal of the license.
