An employer has the commitment of assuring an adequate formation about safety on workplace and organize a specific training about use of PPE. The articles 36 and 37 of D.Lgs 81/08 are very clear: the employer has the obligation
PPE and systems to prevent falling can be used by employees only after having been submitted to the correct formative program and training, organized by the employer.
The course includes both a theoretical lesson and a practical part. The course enhances PPE III cat., with particular attention to PPE to prevent falling.
