Swiftwater and flood rescue is a huge, complex and above all highly specialized topic.
The swiftwater environment is extremely dynamic and uncertain, it can vary at any time and requires to be dealt with specific techniques, equipments and procedures.
In Italy, there are many corpses involved in river and flood rescue (SAFE), such as permanent and voluntary firefighters, various civil protection groups, public assistance, the red cross corps (OPSA), sometimes also alpine rescue, air rescue army, the coast guard and military ranger corpses.
The aim of our ambitious formation project is to supply a high quality education, to permit to all professionals to operate similarly, following the same procedures and guidelines, based on shared safety principles for both rescuers and all the rescue phases.
The key word is “update”. Thanks to technologies, new materials and equipment’s development, the branch of swiftwater and river rescue has to constantly keep up with news and updates. For this reason all of our formation courses are elaborated by highly qualified professionals of swiftwater: instructors and masters of rafting, rafting guides, canoe masters, general and flood rescue instructors, alpine guides, emergency doctors, psychologists and corporate trainers.
Our mission is therefore to create formative programs that are always updated and that keep up with times and specific necessities of formation, to guarantee to all participants the best up-to-date and revised formation.
The rescue courses we offer are presented with various programs that start from a ground formation to reach advanced and specialized formations. Each course is followed by Formation School Teachers, strictly selected and constantly updated and monitored. Certified equipment, new materials, rescue floatings and boats and all supplied services are experienced and have permitted us to receive the renowned ISO 9001:2015 Certification on quality of formative courses. The river and flood salvation courses are also recognized by rescue and emergency agencies such as air force, firefighters, civil protection and national society of salvation in Genova.
The content of lessons, the didactic methods, the didactic progression and all materials are thought and employed to be suitable for this particular kind of formation.
